In 2010, Sam partnered with Teresa Manlove to bring his passion for this business and his dedication to Capital Family Mortgage to the next level. Sam has lived in Montana all his life, and his consistent connection to the professionals in the industry and the residents of our beautiful state has proven gratifying for him and very beneficial for his clients.
Sam grew up in the Mission Valley north of Missoula and lives with his wife on a small ranch in the Frenchtown area. When Sam isn’t crunching numbers and carefully tracking his loans, he can usually be found in the mountains. Although Sam has a knack for mechanics and always has a dozen projects underway in his shop, his true passion is the outdoors. Accompanied by his wife, their horses, and usually at least a few of their dogs, Sam is as content a hundred miles into the backcountry as he is anywhere else.
