Teresa Manlove has been part of Capital Family since it’s very beginning, when she helped to create a new kind of mortgage company with Pat Dow in 1994. So successful was the Capital Family Mortgage concept in helping Montanans in financing their homeownership dreams, Teresa decided to make an even bigger commitment in 2000 when she bought the company. Then, in 2010, Teresa took another step in ensuring the best for the company and the trust of her customers when she partnered with Sam Hoshor. Together, their priority is making Capital Family Mortgage the best in the business.
With Teresa’s commitment to her clients and the mortgage industry and her years of dedicated experience, the possibilities are endless for her clients. Prior to launching the Capital Family venture, Teresa worked as a stockbroker and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Montana in Missoula.
Teresa is a Montana native and lives in the Missoula Valley. Her grown twin sons and three beautiful daughters return home as often as they can, to enjoy all that Montana has to offer including golfing, fishing, travel, and playing on the water.
