Get comfortable
Whether it's buying a home or refinancing begin by reading through the different loan options. With there being so many great options our goal is to start the loan process by answering your questions, educate you, and help you feel at ease with the loan process. At Capital Family Mortgage, we are here to help you. Depending on the loan program most suitable for you, we will typically need,
  • W2 and 1099 for the past two years
  • If you are self-employed last two years of tax returns
  • Pay stubs from the last 30 days
  • Copy of government identification
  • 2 months of mortgage statements showing payment made
  • Bank statements covering the most recent two months
  • Purchase contract or sales agreement
  • Hazard insurance policy (refinancing)

Apply here or call for an appointment. Our guided secure application will allow one of our experienced loan specialists find how much you can afford and what loan options are available to you. Once everything is in order, you may be pre-approved for a mortgage and can start shopping for your dream home.

Sit Back and Relax
You focus on the fun part of shopping for your new home, and we’ll get your financing in order and prepare all the documents for you. Choose your home, your real estate agent will help you negotiate the terms of the offer and purchase. We will order an appraisal and preliminary title report on the home . You can shop around for your favorite insurance agent and get homeowners insurance. Plan your move...For refinances sit back and relax as this does not apply for you

Closing
We set up a time for you to sign final paperwork and Close on your dream home, keys in hand. Funding takes approximately 3 business days.
